Our Mission Is....
“To support, inspire and engage young people by guiding, developing and preparing young people for their future by finding the 'Root Cause' barriers and assisting them to overcome them, ensuring they know they are not alone.
To repair and strengthen relationships between young people, parents and teachers etc so our young people learn how to develop positive relationships.
To promote and provide a gateway to trade and professional careers in construction and the built environment for young people (13-25 & targeting BAME) from disadvantaged backgrounds by inspiring, empowering and engaging them to work towards a brighter future. "
Root Cause Mentoring Support
We provide a specialised support service that aims to identify and overcome the root cause of barriers preventing young people from embarking on a successful career path.
We provide 1-2-1 and group mentoring sessions in a range of settings including pupil referral units, schools and colleges, working closely with staff to support our young people.
We promote collaborative working to actively overcome barriers and reduce; the number of NEET youths, reoffending rates, knife crime levels, exclusions, expulsions, and drop outs.
Early Intervention
Our ethos is that 'Prevention Is Better Than To Cure' which is why we firmly promote and believe in early intervention. We promote and support young people from 13 to ensure they make educational choices that will benefit their futures. We also encourage and provide early intervention services to educational providers to improve and repair student-teacher engagement.
Partnerships
We have 3 partnership models that allow us to work with other organisations, charities, youth groups etc. to provide the best services to our young people. If you are a government agency, local authority, education provider or if you are an organisation in construction or the built environment industry we want to hear from you.
